WIM VERMAAK
Before becoming an independent coach in 2005, Wim worked for several IT companies in various senior management roles, lastly for IBM Europe where he led part of the Business Consulting Services practice in IBM Global Services in North Region (UK, Netherlands and Ireland). He moved on as Director of Alliance coordinating the management of relationships between IBM and the major Consulting firms in Europe. His last assignment before retiring from IBM was managing the European part of a global Transformation project for the sales division. He has designed, delivered and project managed leadership development programmes including one to three day workshop facilitation as well as one-on-one coaching assignments for major deal makers and other executives.
Wim has extensive experience in coaching senior executives up to Senior Management level in large international companies.
He brings a powerful blend of professional expertise to the coaching relationship, developed through experience as a senior executive in large corporations, management consultant with a leading international firm and as co-founder of a successful local coaching business.
